Thanks to Alan Wilson of naturespicsonline for the permission to use his photo of a snow owl for this painting. The photo was taken just nw of Montreal.  Fence, sky and all the rest are from typical farmscapes in this area.

    Must have done the b/g and fence 3 times....there is so much that could be in the b/g.....
